摘 要:以雷竹笋为材料,测定不同处理方式对雷竹笋PAL活性的影响。分别用不同浓度(1%,1.5%,2%)壳聚糖涂膜、不同浓度(50,100 mg·L-1)赤霉素、不同温度(5,0℃和常温)和不同剂量(4,8,12 k Gy)辐照进行处理,然后测量雷竹笋PAL活性。结果表明:4组处理中分别以1.5%壳聚糖涂膜、100 mg·L-1赤霉素、0℃和8 k Gy辐照处理对PAL活性的抑制效果较好。在雷竹笋保鲜中对其分别以1.5%壳聚糖涂膜、100 mg·L-1赤霉素、0℃和8 k Gy辐照进行处理可抑制雷竹笋PAL活性,延缓雷竹笋老化,从而延长其保鲜期。This experiment used Phyllostachys pracecox shoots as material, measuring the effects of PAL activity of Phyllostachys pracecox shoots after different ways of handling postharvest. Respectively with different concentrations (1%, 1.5%, 2%) of ehitosan film, different concentrations (50, 100 mg· L-1) of gibberellin, different temperature (5, 0℃ and normal temperature), and different doses (4,8,12 kGy) irradiation processing, the PAL activity of Phyllostachys pracecox shoots was measured. The research results showed that the four treatment groups with 1.5% respectively in the chitosan coating film, 100 mg· L-1 gibberellin, 0 ℃ and 8 kGy irradiation treatment on the activity of PAL inhibition effect was better. It was concluded that applying 1.5% chitosan coating film, 100 mg· L-1 gibberellin, 0 ℃ and 8 kGy irradiation processing could suppress the activity of PAL of Phyllostachys pracecox shoots, delay the ageing of the Phyllostachys pracecox shoots, extend its freshness.
