高校教育质量的内涵演变及监控原则

摘　　要：教育质量监控是高校管理工作的核心,在规范教育活动、构建系统的教育管理体系、提高教育质量等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。高等教育的大众化、普及化,使得社会分工越来越细,"质量"的内涵不断演化,而且越来越呈多样化态势。高校必须对传统的教育质量监控理念及方法给予重新审视,在人本性原则基础上构建科学的教育质量监控体系,通过全员、全程实时监控,促进人才培养质量的全面提高。Supervision of education quality is the key to the management in universities, which plays a leading role in regulating educational activities, in constructing systematic educational management system, and in improving education quality. The massification and popularization of higher education make the social classification ever refining. The connotation of ＂Quality＂ continues evolving and presents a posture of amounting variations. Universities are required to reexamine the traditional supervising principles and methods of education quality. On the basis of the principles of human nature,a scientific supervising system of education quality is built,which promotes the quality of talent cultivation through full participation and full real time monitoring.
