高校旅游管理专业应用型创新人才培养模式

摘　　要：旅游业快速发展的态势下,对旅游人才需求的标准也在不断提高,"综合素质、应用能力、创新能力"是社会对旅游专业人才提出的要求,也是高校旅游管理专业人才培养的核心。顺应时代发展,改变传统的教育模式,培养应用型创新旅游人才已成为当务之急。研究我国现行的旅游人才培养模式,反思人才培养模式中存在的问题,探索解决问题的对策,构建旅游管理专业应用型创新人才培养的模式将具有深远而重大的意义。With the fast development of tourism, the standards of tourism talents are being raised continuously. The latest re- quirements are oriented to quality, application and innovation, which are also the core of talent cultivation at colleges and univer- sities. Changing the traditional education mode to follow the trend is an urgent need. The present ways of tourism talents training in China need to be examined to identify the problems and to explore corresponding solutions. It is great and far - reaching signif- icance to establish a new application and innovation - oriented training mode with the tourism management majors at colleges and universities.
