摘  要:通过吸附条件的试验,在7种大孔吸附树脂和3种离子交换树脂中筛选出了对水飞蓟多糖的脱色效果好的大孔阴离子交换树脂D900。进一步通过温度、p H值、多糖溶液浓度对D900树脂进行单因素试验、正交试验,确定了D900大孔阴离子交换树脂的最佳脱色条件,并进行动态操作试验。试验结果表明:采用D900树脂作为水飞蓟多糖的脱色树脂,温度为50℃,p H值为5,溶液浓度为3 mg/m L,上样速率为1 m L/min,上样量为1.5 BV条件下,水飞蓟多糖的脱色效果最好,脱色率达到80.23%,多糖保留率达到85.56%。Adsorption experiments were undertaken to study the decolorization effect of seven macroporous resins and three ion exchange resins on Silybum marianum polysaccharides, and D900 anion exchange resin was selected as the decolorizing resin. The optimum decolorization condition was determined by single factor test and orthogonal experiment according to temperature, p H value, solution concentration, and dynamic adsorption experiments were carried out. The results showed that under the conditions of using D900 resin, temperature of 50 ℃, p H value of 5, solution concentration of 3 mg/m L, column speed of 1 m L/min, column capacity of 1.5 BV, the decolorization rate of Silybum marianum polysaccharides was 80.23%, and the retention rate of the polysaccharides was 85.56%.
