摘　　要：信息素质是大学素质教育的重要组成部分,信息素质教育价值取向认识决定着培养目标,信息素质是培养个体全面发展的信息综合能力和创新精神必备素质。从以人为本、能力培养、分层次持续培养、多方参与和终身教育的理念出发,确立大学信息素质教育重要地位和价值观。Information literacy is an important part of quality education in university, the cognition on the value orientation of information literacy education has determined the training objectives. Information literacy is the essential literacy in training individual’s sustainable development of comprehensive information ability and innovation spirit. From the concepts of people-oriented education, ability cultivation, multi-level continuous training, multi-party participation and lifelong education, the important position and value of information literacy education were built.
