摘　　要：开放教育课程实践教学是教育工作者不断探索的领域。笔者作为一名省校课程老师,体验到开放教育课程实践教学的落实最重要的环节是课程主持教师对课程分析后,在教学一体化方案中顶层设计好,在建设网络课程中铺设好,才能够保证在各种形式的教学中落实好。The practical teaching of open education is an area the educators are constantly exploring. As a teacher of Hunan Radio and TV University,the author thinks that the most important part of implementing the practical teaching in open education is to design the integrated teaching plan after analyzing the course. Only in that way can we implement the practical teaching in various forms. The author made a series of practical exploration in professional ethics and medicine ethics courses.
