90后高职生心理健康发展趋势及对策——基于南京信息职业技术学院心理普查数据

摘　　要：对近四年高职生的心理健康状况调查表明,高职生的心理状况应该得到学校、家庭和社会的重视,尤其要在情绪、自我意识、人际交往和生活适应等方面给予及时干预和指导,具体包括做好心理档案建立工作,设置相关心理课程,注重健康教师团队的建设与发展。Through nearly four years of vocational students mental health survey, the results show that the psychological state of vocational students should be school, family and social importance, especially in emotional problems, self-awareness problems, interpersonal problems and life adaptation aspects such as to give timely intervention and guidance, specifically including psychologically file creation work, set the relevant psychological courses focus on health teacher team building and development.
