摘 要:通过问卷及访谈对吉林省特殊教育教师队伍现状进行了调查研究。结果发现:教师队伍性别和专业结构失衡现象凸显;教师身心健康状况堪忧;教师培训机会较少,缺乏针对性和实践性;教师待遇偏低,职业认同感不高。为此,建议:加强师范院校特殊教育专业建设,实现优化特殊教育师资结构;建立科学培训机制,提高培训的针对性和实践性;关爱特殊教育教师,帮助教师减压减负;提高教师待遇,加大社会宣传,提高特殊教育教师社会地位。This study, through questionnaires and interviews, surveyed current special education teachers in Jilin province. The results showed the following: the teachers show imbalanced gender and professional structures; they have a poor physical and mental health; they have fewer training opportunities, and even if they have such opportunities, the training is far from target-oriented and is separated from teaching practice; and they have poor salaries, and a low sense of professional identity. Consequently, the authors propose the following: strengthening the specialty of special education in teachers colleges; establishing a scientific mechanism for training; showing solicitude for special education teachers, and helping them reduce workloads and pressure; and raising their salaries, and increasing social publicity to improve their social status.
