基于中师升格的高职院校办学定位问题的分析

摘　　要：由中师升格的高职院校,在办学的过程中存在着办学定位模糊、发展方向不明的问题。而办学定位是学校沿着正确方向持续、健康、稳定发展的保证。对职业教育和师范教育不同选择的分析表明,无论办学定位如何确定,学校都应做好教师和院校的"转型升级",以特色促进内涵建设,提高院校办学质量,培养社会需要的人才。There are many problems such as fuzzy orientation of running school and unclear developmentdirection in the process of school development in higher vocational colleges upgrading from secondary normalschool. While orientation of running school is the guarantee for a school to have a sustained, healthy and stabledevelopment along the right direction. The analyzing on the different choices of vocational education and normaleducation shows the schools and teachers should be ＂ upgrading＂ and promote the connotation construction wellregardless the determination the orientation of running a school in order to cultivate talents that the society need.
