摘　　要：培养高素质技术技能型人才,关键是教师的技术技能水平。建立教师企业锻炼的有效模式,提高教师的技术技能水平和实践教学能力是目前高职院校普遍关心的问题。潍坊职业学院建立了教师分层次到企业实践轮训制度,采取教师顶岗挂职、企业培训、师生双顶岗、企业工作站、技术研发与服务等方式对教师到企业实践锻炼进行了探索与实践,促进了教师专业化发展,取得了较大的成效。To cultivate high-quality technical talents, teachers＂ technical skill level is the key matter. It is a generally common concem in higher vocational college to establish effective teachers＂ enterprise practice mode, improve teachers＂ technical skill level and practice teaching ability. Weifang Vocational College erects teachers＂ enterprise practice multi-level rotational training system, advocates the approaches of teachers＂ post attachment, enterprise training, teachers and students dual post practice, enterprise workstation, technical research and development, etc. to explore and carry out teachers＂ enterprise practice, promote teachers＂ professional development, and achieves good results.
