摘　　要：高职院校学生工作精细化管理与服务的顺利开展能够促进高职院校学生管理水平和整体办学实力的提高,同时为学生发挥潜能和提升就业能力创造条件。辅导员"五知"工作,是学生工作精细化管理和服务的基础和前提。辅导员根据"五知"工作要求,有针对性地开展精细化管理与服务,构建和谐的师生关系,提高高职院校学生工作的实效性。The detailed management and service can promote the management level in higher vocational students affair and the overall strength of running school, at the same time, create conditions for sludents to realize their potential and improve their employment ability. Counselor＇s ＂ five know＂ job, is the basis and premise of the detailed management and service. Counselors , must carry out detailed management and service pertinently according to ＂ five know＂ requirements, construct harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and improve the effectiveness of higher vocational students work.
