摘  要:教师的研究是一种主要以实践问题为出发点,以实践改进为目的的行动研究。实践性是教师研究的显著特点。教师写作要建立新的文本写作方式,致力于体现教师实践改进的真实过程,呈现出问题和归因,问题的解决路径和步骤,观点的提炼和体悟等内容。这种实践性写作更有利于促进教师将默会的知识和经验显性化。可借鉴参考的基本写作框架有同题异构式、新旧对照式、新手专家式、叙事式以及案例式写作。Teacher research mainly starts with practical problems with the purpose of promoting practice. The nature of practice is the prominent feature of teacher research. Teachers' writing should adopt new text styles, focus on the real process of practical improvement, present issues and attributions, discuss the path and step of problem solving, and refine their viewpoints and insights, which is helpful for teachers to externalize their internalized knowledge and experience. The basic writing frameworks for teachers to refer to are as follows: the style of the same topic with different structure, contrast between the new and old, novice-expert style, narrative style and case-writing style.
