摘 要:从某国产A型地铁车辆的实际工程问题出发,针对地铁车辆空调机组激励引起侧窗玻璃和车顶振动剧烈的问题,以振动传递路径为线索,分别从振动源、传递介质和振动接受方等方面入手,分析了空调机组的激励特性,验证了减振垫设计参数的合理性,并对车顶与侧窗玻璃进行了减振及优化设计研究。This paper begins with the actual engineering problems in A type metro vehicles manufactured in China.In view of the problem that excitation of air-conditioner sets on vehicles causes severe vibration of side window glass and roof,with the vibration transfer path as the clue,the excitation features of air-conditioner sets are analyzed respectively from such aspects as vibration source,transfer medium and vibration receiver,the rationality of design parameters of the damping pad is verified,and the damping and optimization design research is made on the roof and side window glass.
