摘　　要：免疫胶体金技术是以胶体金作为示踪标志物应用于抗原抗体的一种新型的免疫标记技术,具有简便、快速的优点,已广泛应用于临床、食品检测、环境污染、生物沾染和生物制剂的定性或半定性的快速免疫检测。就免疫胶体金技术在食品安全检测中的应用现状展开论述,并对其应用前景进行展望。Immune colloidal gold technique is a new kind of antigen antibody immune markers which is applied to antigen-antibody with colloidal gold as tracer marker. It has the advantages of simple and fast, and has been widely used for fast qualitative or half qualitative immune detection in clinical, food testing, environmental pollution, biological contamination and biological agents. Discuss the present application situation of immune colloidal gold technique in food safety testing and point out its application prospect.
