国家级中职骨干教师物流专业培训模式的探索——以陕西科技大学为例

摘　　要：以国家级骨干教师培训方案的制定流程为主线合理构架培训方案,分析了培训方案各模块之间的关系,详细剖析了培训方案专业理论基础、校内实训和企业实践的具体内容;指出充分开发利用各类优质资源和注重学员意见反馈是做好培训工作的关键条件,教学模式的创新和知名专家讲学使得培训质量得以保障。In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between the different modules of the plan for the training of statelevel core teachers, introduced in detail the theoretical foundation of the training as well as the specific content of the relevant on-campus practical training and in-enterprise practice and pointed out that the keys to effective training were the full use of various kinds of high-quality resources and a close heed to student feedback.
