摘  要:在中高职衔接人才培养方案执行的过程中,存在着降低课程标准、延长顶岗实习时间等问题。因而建立质量管理体系,对中高职衔接进行全面、系统的监控十分必要。合作学校在衔接专业人才培养的目标上要达成一致;要明确相关岗位的质量职责,从组织和制度角度保证培养方案的顺利执行。专业内审和管理评审是持续改进专业培养方案、提高人才培养质量的有效措施。In the process of carrying out the talents cultivation schedules of the secondary and higher vocational educational linkage, there are some problems including lowering the curriculum standards and prolonging the internship. Therefore, it is necessary to build the quality management system to supervise the secondary and higher vocational linkage wholly and systematically. The cooperative schools should make agreement in the talents cultivation aims of the linked majors. And they should define the responsibilities of the relative positions to guarantee the satisfactory implementation of the cultivation schedules in organization and institution. The major review and the management appraisal are effective measures to improve the major cultivation schedules and the talents cultivation quality constantly.
