摘　　要：文章阐述了高职院校教学管理的基本内容,界定了教学管理体制、教学管理运行机制等概念的基本涵义,对高职院校教学管理体制与运行机制进行了研究,以期起到以下四个方面的作用:提炼和丰富高职教学管理成果、促进高职教育管理的学科建设、完善教学二级管理改革理论、为教学宏观管理决策提供依据。The paper illustrates the basic contents of teaching affairs management in higher vocational colleges, and the meaning of some important concepts, such as teaching management mechanism, teaching management operation mechanism, then makes some further researches, aiming at the following four aspects： summarizing and enriching the achievements of teaching affairs management in higher vocational colleges, promoting subject construction in higher vocational education, perfecting the reform theory of two-level teaching management, and providing supports for macro decision-making in teaching management.
