摘  要:基于对263位河南省农村幼儿园教师的培训意向、类型、时机、动机、方式、训师资配备以及内容等需求的调查分析,从调整培训师资结构形成优势互补、创新培训方式实现混合多元实践体验、构建科学系统的培训课程体系、规范培训管理以开展有效质量监控等几方面入手,充分发挥参训教师的主动性和积极性,提升培训的针对性和实效性,以满足培训教师需求,促进其自身专业化发展。A survey was conducted on rural kindergarten teachers' need for the "National Teacher Training Pro- gram" involving 263 participants from Henan Province. The answers elicited with regard to the intention, type, time, motivation, mode, trainer quality, facilities, and content of the training were analyzed. It is suggested that efforts should be made from several aspects to foster the initiative and enthusiasm of trainees, enhance the pertinence and efficacy of training programs, meet the training needs of teachers, and promote their own professional development. Such efforts include optimizing trainer configuration, innovating training mode, constructing scientific curriculum, standardizing training management, enforcing quality control, etcetera.
