摘　　要：《化学教师技能》是高等师范院校教师教育课程体系中十分重要的课程,在认知灵活性理论指导下,探讨了《化学教师技能》网络课程开发的理论基础、设计依据、模块功能和开发技术,并开发了"教、学、练、评"为一体的教学平台,可以解决当前化学教师技能学习资源不足的问题,成为课堂教学的有益补充,有效提高教学水平.＇The chemistry teacher skills＂ is a very important skill in the teacher education curriculum course system of Higher Normal Colleges, Under the guidance of Cognitive Flexible Theory, discusses The chemistry teacher skills web course developing Theoretical Basis, design basis, module function and the development of technology, and developed ＂teaching, learning, training, assessment as one of the teaching platform, Can solve the current chemistry teacher skill learning problem of insufficient resources, and become a useful complement to classroom teaching, to improve teaching level.
