华德福教育中的绿色教育思想及启示

摘　　要：华德福教育关注学生个性的发展,强调教育的艺术化,提倡教育要顺应自然、适时而教、回归原始。在全球教育多元化发展的今天,我国的教育,特别是基础教育,正处在变革的关键时期,应重点关注以下几点:倡导生态教育理念,树立可持续教育发展观;推进教育制度改革,建立多元一体的教育制度;坚持以人为本,促进学生全面发展;进一步扩大教育开放,创建多元和谐的教育生态。Waldorf education focuses on children＇s personality development,emphasizes on the art of education and advocates that education should obey the law of nature,teach appropriate knowledge to different ages of students and make teaching process simple and original. Due to today＇s diversifying development of global education,our education,especially basic education,is in a crucial period of reform. We should focus on the following points： advocating a concept of ecological education and building up a sustainable educational development view;promoting the reform of educational system and establishing the educational system into pluralistic integration; adhering to the people-oriented view and promoting students all-round development; enlarging the opening of education,and creating a multicultural and harmonious educational ecology.
