基于职业需求的高职院校体育教学研究

摘　　要：高职院校是以培养学生的综合能力为目标的高等院校,其主要针对社会用人单位的具体职业需求来培养技能型或复合型的人才,以在提升就业生整体就业率的基础上为学生的前期发展提供帮助。随着各行业细化的发展趋势的增强,用人单位在强调就业者的专业能力的同时逐渐加强了对其身体素质的要求,因而高职院校教学过程中强化体育教学成为新时期其培养人才的重点方向。从高职院校的人才培养的定位入手,分析了职位需求对就业者体能的要求,通过分析高职院校体育教学的现状探究其教学改革的可行性途径,希望能为高职院校体育教学改革提供帮助,以为社会建设发展培养更多的优秀人才。The institutions of higher learning in higher vocational colleges is to cuttlvate students comprenensive ability as the goal. The main focus of social occupation with the specific demand of unit is to develop the skills or talents, to provide help for the early development of the students in the foundation, and to enhance the overall employment rate of graduates employment. With the enhancement of the development trend of the industry of refinement, the employing units in the emphasis on employment of professional ability gradually enhances their physical fitness requirements, so in the process of teaching in higher vocational colleges, the sports teaching has become the focus of the new era of talent training direction. This paper analyzes the employment of physical fitness, the feasi- bility to explore ways for their teaching reform. Through the analysis of the current situation of higher vocational colleges sports teaching, this paper hopes to provide help for the teaching reform of sports teaching.
