摘  要:文章以新课程实施为背景,在反思指令性课程范式中教研员传统角色的基础上,力主教研员要转变职能、创新角色,自觉成为理论视野高远、教学观念先进的专业研究者,成为每位教师专业成长的低重心指导者,从而切实有效地释放一线教师的课堂教学创造力;同时,教研员还要努力释放教师在教学研究中的创新表达力,鼓励教师不断探索教研文体的多样化创新、自觉追求言语表达的个性化。Based on the implementation of the new curriculum, the paper reflects on the traditional role of the teaching researchers in the mandatory curriculum paradigm. It argues that the teaching researchers snoula transform the functions, change the role, and consciously become professional researchers with lofty theoretical vision, advanced teaching concepts, and low-centered instructors for every teacher' s professional development so that the teachers' classroom teaching creativity can be efficiently released. At the same time, the teaching researchers should strive to release teachers' innovation expressive power in their teaching research, and encourage teachers to explore the stylistic diversity for teaching and research innovation, and consciously seek personalized verbal expression.
