摘　　要：高校作为国家人才培养的基地,肩负着培养社会主义事业建设者、保卫者和接班人的重任,加强高校国防教育是全民国防教育的基础。当前,国际国内形势发生了巨大的变化,国家安全问题更加综合、复杂、多变,意识形态领域的斗争也更加复杂,高校国防教育的重要性日益凸显。面对新的形势,高校党委要以高度的政治自觉,以科学发展观为指导,积极推进高校国防教育在教育理念、工作机制、方法手段和教育效果等方面的创新发展。Colleges play an important role in training builders for the socialist cause. It is necessary for colleges to strengthen national defense education. There are great changes in national and international situation at present, so national defense education in colleges becomes more important. Therefore, colleges should actively promote the innovative development of college national defense education in terms of educational concept, mechanism, means and effect.
