系统综合培训对产科护士评判性思维能力及工作满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨系统综合培训对产科护士评判性思维能力及护理工作满意度的影响。方法运用基础知识分层培训、案例分析、反思讨论等方法对产科25名护士进行系统综合性培训，分别于培训前及培训后6个月采用评判性思维测量表（ CTDI-CV）对护士的评判性思维能力进行评价，并比较患者及医生对护理工作的满意度。结果经系统综合培训6个月后，护士的CTDI-CV总评分从（242．6±23．2）分提高至（338．4±21．7）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝15．079，P＜0．01）。培训后患者及医生对护理工作的满意度评分分别为（18．2±1．7），（17．7±1．9）分，均高于培训前，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为5．550，3．174；P＜0．01）。结论运用基础知识分层培训、案例分析、反思讨论等方法对护士进行系统综合性培训有利于提升护理人员评判性思维能力以及综合素质，能提高其护理工作的积极性和自信心。Objective To investigate the effect of system comprehensive training on the critical thinking ability and satisfaction of the obstetric nurses .Methods Twenty five nurses in obstetric were systematic comprehensive trained, such as hierarchical training of basic knowledge , case analysis, discussion and reflection.Evaluation of the critical thinking ability of nurses and the satisfaction of patients and doctors to＆amp;nbsp;nursing job were conducted before and six months after the training by using CTDI -CV scale.Results Six months after comprehensive system training, the total score of CTDI-CV of the nurses was （338.4 ±21.7）, higher than the score before training （242.6 ±23.2）, the difference was statistically significant （t=15.079, P〈0.01）.The satisfaction score of patients and doctors to nursing work were （18.2 ±1.7）and（17.7 ±1.9）, higher than before the training, the differences were statistically significant （t=5.550,3.174, respectively;P〈0.05）.Conclusions Systematic comprehensive training of nurses , such as hierarchical training of basic knowledge , case analysis , discussion and reflection can improve critical thinking ability and comprehensive quality of the nurses , and is benefit to improve enthusiasm and confidence of the nursing work .
