摘  要:应用ICP-MS检测了法国、智利、摩尔多瓦三个产地41支赤霞珠干红葡萄酒中的31种矿质元素含量,分析了赤霞珠酒样矿质元素的品种特点,绘制了三个产地酒样中的矿质元素指纹谱图,并采用化学计量学软件进行了数据过滤、主成分分析、偏最小二乘法判别分析产地鉴别模型构建,得到了钠(Na)、镁(Mg)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、镍(Ni)、砷(As)、锶(Sr)、钡(Ba)、铕(Eu)、铒(Er)、铥(Tm)、镱(Yb)和镥(Lu)共14种特征矿质元素,构建的模型准确率高达97.6%,可有效进行法国、智利、摩尔多瓦三个产地的赤霞珠酒样鉴别。Thirty-one mineral elements in 41 Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wines (V.vinifera L.cv.) from France,Chile and Moldova were measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS),for which varietal characterization of mineral elements in Cabernet Sauvignon wines and the fingerprint graphs of mineral elements distribution in Cabernet Sauvignon wines from three grape wine production region were analyzed.The chemical metrology software was employed for data filtering,principal component analysis and partial least squares,in order to discriminate,analyze and build the region authentication model.The results showed that Na,Mg,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,As,Sr,Ba,Eu,Er,Tm,Yb and Lu were extracted as characteristic mineral elements for identifying Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wines from France,Chile and Moldova effectively,and the model accuracy was 97.6%.
