摘  要:通过单因素试验确定雨生红球藻细胞转化产虾青素培养基中乙酸钠、硝酸钾和磷酸二氢钾的较佳质量浓度范围。研究表明,磷酸二氢钾对雨生红球藻产虾青素的影响不大,而乙酸钠和硝酸钾含量对虾青素产量影响较显著。利用响应面法优化,得到乙酸钠1.460 5 g/L,硝酸钾0.008 4 g/L。优化后虾青素产量从0.977 4 mg/L提高到10.908 mg/L,提高了9.16倍。The concentration range of sodium acetate,potassium nitrate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate content in Haematococcus pluvialis medium for astaxanthin production was determined by single factor experiments.The results showed that the concentration of potassium dihydrogen phosphate had little effect on astaxanthin production.While the sodium acetate and potassium nitrate concentration significantly affect astaxanthin yield.Response surface methodology was employed to optimize the two factors for astaxanthin production.The optimal medium composition for astaxanthin production was sodium acetate 1.460 5 g/L and potassium nitrate 0.008 4 g/L.This astaxanthin yield of the optimized medium increased from 0.977 4 mg/L to 10.908 mg/L,which increased 9.16 times.
