摘  要:以安梨皮渣为原料,乙醇为浸提剂,研究了微波辅助提取安梨皮渣中黄酮类物质的工艺条件。采用单因素及正交试验,探讨乙醇体积分数、料液比、微波功率、微波时间等对黄酮类物质得率的影响。结果表明,安梨皮渣打浆磨细,加入体积分数50%乙醇作提取剂,料液比1∶10(m L∶m L),微波功率360 W条件下处理3 min,总黄酮类物质得率最高达0.210%。Using Anli peel as material,ethanol as extracting agent,the extraction condition of flavonoids with microwave technology was studied.The effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,microwave power and microwave time on flavonoid yield were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The results indicated that when the peal residue was pulped,the optimal extraction condition was alcohol concentration 50%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶10 (ml∶ml),microwave power 360 W,time 3 min.Under this condition,the flavonoids yield was 0.210%.
