摘　　要：美国的可再生能源发展战略对该领域职业技术型人才的培养提出了迫切要求。洛杉矶贸易与技术学院对可再生能源劳动力市场与相关职业要求进行的科学研究,为学院可再生能源人才培养项目的开发奠定了坚实基础,使得人才培养项目与社会需求紧密结合。该项目开发过程所体现的适应需求、准备充分、方法科学与资金充裕等特征以及项目本身体现出的以职业为导向、以能力为基础、以学习者为中心等特征,值得我国高职院校借鉴。The renewable energy development strategies of America induced a huge demand for the related technical talents cultivation.Los Angels Trade Technical College made a scientific research on the labor market and the related occupation requirements in the renewable energy industry.The research not only laid a solid foundation for the development and implementation of the talents cultivation programme,but also combined the talents cultivation programme with social needs well.The process of the programme development shows the features of meeting social demands,enough preparedness,scientificity,sufficient funds.The programme itself shows some important features such as career development orientation,based on capability,individual centered.These are worth learning by higher vocational colleges in China.
