摘 要:针对机械系统早期故障信号较弱,难以准确判断提取的问题,提出了一种基于Lorenz混沌系统初值敏感性的弱故障信号检测法。将设备早期弱故障信号做为初始值的微弱扰动输入Lorenz系统,随着混沌系统的演变,Lorenz吸引子将产生巨变,从而达到检测设备弱故障的目的。为验证其有效程度,进行了仿真分析和转子冲击故障的检测结果表明,此方法可以有效地检测到转子冲击故障,为混沌弱信号检测提供了一种新方法和思路。A weak signal extraction method was presented to detect the early mechanical faults. Firstly, the weak disturbancessimilar to the faults and sensitive to the initial conditions were input to the Lorenz system, and the attractor of thissystem varied obviously with the evolution of the phase trajectories of the chaotic system. Then, the fault could be detectedsuccessfully according to the variation of the singular attractors. Finally, the simulation and experiment were carried out. Theresults show that this method is suitable for the detection of the impulse signal of the rotors effectively. This work has provideda new way for weak signal detection.
