摘　　要：合作教育是美国职业教育的突出特点,具有为学生职业技能训练提供实践平台、为学校教育教学提供实践条件、为企业考察和选择未来的员工提供机会等明显优点,可作为我国高职院校办学的有益借鉴。Cooperative education is a prominent feature in USA vocational colleges. It may provide so many obvious advantages for both students,colleges and enterprises,such as it provides a skill training practice platform for students,some skill practice equipments for colleges,but also opportunities for the enterprises to exam and elect the future employees. It is beneficial for the vocational colleges in China.
