高清手术示教系统在临床技能教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高清手术示教系统对培养在校医学生临床思维、获取外科临床经验的应用效果。方法通过高清手术示教系统,向八年制七年级的临床医学学生现场直播不同类型的手术过程,然后进行问卷调查和统计分析;对临床教师进行访谈,并对访谈记录进行分析。结果高清手术示教系统为学生呈现了清晰的手术过程影像,传递了丰富的教学信息,得到广大学生和临床教师的普遍认可。结论高清手术示教系统可有效弥补传统的手术室现场观摩教学模式的不足,很好地解决了临床手术示教受时间、地点、规模、患者隐私和交叉感染防控等因素的制约,从而可有效提高教学质量和效率。Objective To investigate the outcomes of high-definition （ HD ） surgical demonstr-ation system applied in training medical students＇clinical thinking and obtaining clinical experience . Methods Different types of surgical procedures were broadcast live with HD surgical demonstration system to the seventh-year students of eight-year clinical medicine program .Then we conducted a questionnaire survey and made statistical analysis .Clinical teachers were interviewed and the interviews were analyzed . Results HD surgical demonstration system presented clear images of the surgical procedures to students , conveying a wealth of teaching information;thus it was generally well-accepted by a majority of students and clinical teachers .Conclusion HD operation demonstration system allows operations without the constraints of time , place , scale , privacy , or cross-infection prevention and control , so it effectively improves the quality and efficiency of medical teaching .
