摘　　要：小学英语教育是小学生基础教育的关键。作为启蒙教育的小学英语教学需要优秀的小学英语教师人才。本文结合通辽市小学的实际情况,针对小学英语师资普遍存在的问题:小学英语教师人员配置不足,小学英语教师的整体专业素质不高,小学英语课堂教学效果不佳,小学教师培训进修欠缺等问题,提出了促进通辽市小学英语师资队伍建设的策略和办法,以适应本地区英语教学专业人才的发展需要。The primary school English education is the key to the based education for pupils.As an enlightenment education of the primary schools,English teaching of the primary schools needs talented English teachers.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of the primary schools in Tongliao city,targeted with the universal problems at primary schools for English teachers,for example the English teacher staffing of Primary schools is in shortage;the primary school English teachers＇ overall professional quality is not high;there is a poor classroom teaching effect of the primary school English teaching;the primary school teacher training and further education is needed,the paper puts forward some strategies and methods in promoting the construction of English teachers staffing of the primary schools in Tongliao city,in order to adapt to the development of English teaching professional talents in the region.
