摘　　要：根据经济、科技、社会发展的新特点及对人才培养的新要求,我们提出了化学工程与工艺专业人才培养目标,分析了本专业学生市场需求情况和师资情况,修订了本科培养方案。修订后的培养方案特色是加强工程实践能力、创业能力和人文素质培养。本文还与国外著名大学的同类培养方案进行了比较。The revised training project is put forward for the major of Chemical Engineering and Technology according to the development of the economy,the science and the society.The article analyses the characteristics of the revised version which mainly considers the home market needs and the teaching force of our university.In the paper,comparison is made with famous universities abroad.The purpose of it is to strengthen the student＇s ability in innovation and cultivate their practical ability so that the students can become integrated talents.
