摘　　要：以浙江国际海运职业技术学院成人继续教育情况为例，基于成人教育10年发展的统计数据，分析成人继续教育的现状及存在问题．继而探讨在新形势下成人继续教育健康发展的思路与对策。Taking the further education in Zhejiang International Maritime College as the study object and based on the statistical data of the adult education development in the last 10 years, the article analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of adult further education and then discusses the thoughts and countermeasures for further education healthy development in the new situation.
