现代职业教育背景下音乐教学模式的定位与转向

摘　　要：音乐专业"低就业"的状况,有悖于现代职业教育要求培养"可持续的人才"、建立人力资源强国的国策。依托现代职业教育体系,深化音乐教育的改革,大力发展职业音乐教育,培养适应文化产业发展需求的"可持续的音乐人才"等,是当下音乐教学模式的准确定位和重要转向。As a low-employment rate major, the development of music major is now contrary to the theory of modern vocational education which requires to develop sustainable talents. It is also contrary to the ＂human resources power＂ national policy. Therefore, it is an accurate orientation and important steering to deepen the reform of music education and put focus on the development of vocational music education. Only on that way can music talents be sustainably cultivated which can adapt to the needs of cultural industry development would be developed.
