摘  要:目的调查本科实习护生情绪智力、共情能力与护患沟通能力,并分析其相关性,为提高护生沟通能力提供依据。方法选取257名本科实习护生为研究对象,采用情绪智力量表、共情能力量表和护患沟通能力调查表进行调查。结果护生情绪智力总分为(126.46±12.03)分;共情能力总分为(112.34±11.85)分;护患沟通能力总分为(53.07±6.43)分。采用结构方程模型分析表明,情绪智力及共情能力对护生护患沟通能力有着显著促进作用,其中共情能力发挥着中介作用。结论提高护生的共情能力、情绪智力可以促使护生护患沟通能力的提高,可以通过共情能力的中介作用促进护生护患沟通能力的提高。Objective To investigate the level of emotional intelligence ,empathy, nurse -patient communication ability among undergraduate nursing in- terns, and to analyze their relationship, so as to provide reference for improving their nurse - patient communication ability. Methods Totally,257 undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice were investigated using emotional intelligence scale, empathy ability scale and nurse - patient communication ability scale. Results The mean score of emotional intelligence was ( 126.46 ±12.03 ), the total score of empathy was ( 112.34 ± 11.85 ), and mean score of nurse - patient communication ability was (53.07±6.43 ). Structural equation modeling analysis showed that emotional intelligence and empathy had a positive role on their nurse - patient communication ability, empathy played an intermediary role. Conclusion Improving emotional intelligence and empathy ability of nursing under- graduates can improve their nurse - patient communication ability,and improving their emotional intelligence can improve their nurse - patient communication a- bility through the mediation role of empathy ability.
