摘　　要：学前教育政策的伦理诉求是学前教育政策的道德原则和价值规范。学前教育政策的伦理诉求并非平白无故产生,而是有其特定的源泉。学前教育政策的伦理诉求既源生于政策过程的公共性品质,又立基于教育活动的育人性特质,还植根于学前阶段的慈幼性品质。Ethical appeals of preschool education policy are the moral principles and value norms of preschool education policy. The ethical appeals of preschool education policy do not emerge without any cause or reason, but from specific sources. The ethical appeals of preschool education policy are originated from the public quality of preschool educational process, based on the instruction trait of preschool educational activities, and rooted in the loving-kindness of the young of preschool stage.
