高校辅导员开展大学生心理危机与干预的思考

摘　　要：随着社会形势的发展,高校大学生的心理问题呈现出复杂化趋势。高校辅导员作为学生心理工作的第一线,如何应对学生出现的心理危机,干预与预防心理危机成为辅导员工作的必修课。在此,从大学生主要的心理危机种类,大学生心理危机识别,心理危机应急预案建立,以及如何多渠道、多方法开展辅导员培训,增强心理危机干预与预防能力等方面做了简要阐述。With the development of social situation, there exists a complicated tendency for college students＇ psychological problems. As the first line teachers for students＇ psychological work, counselors should know how to deal with students＇ psychological crisis, so interfering and preventing psychological problems becomes the required course for counselors. This paper makes a brief introduction on the kinds of college students＇ main psychological crisis, recognition of college students＇ psychological crisis, establishing its emergency plan, developing counselors＇ training with various channels and methods, and strengthening its interference and prevention ability.
