高校辅导员家访工作探析

摘　　要：高校辅导员家访工作是对大学生进行思想政治教育的重要途径和方法,也是我国教育工作的优良传统。目前我国高校在校生的迅速膨胀造成了高校学生综合能力、心理素质、道德素养方面差异较大,导致当今高校学生心理和行为存在一定问题的较多。切实抓好高校学生的思想政治工作,提高大学生的思想和道德水准就显得十分迫切。高校辅导员家访工作是解决目前高校学生思想及行为问题的一个重要的途径。绝大多数高校对辅导员家访工作是重视的,也采取了一些行之有效的措施。社会和学生家长也给予大力支持。但是与学生的实际思想状况相比,高校辅导员家访工作仍存在诸多问题:辅导员人数严重不足、学校的保障支持力度不够、辅导员自身素质存在缺陷、大学生来源地广造成困难、学生与家长不配合等因素成为制约辅导员家访效能的因素。做好高校辅导员家访工作的策略:改进辅导员家访工作的方法,要选好重点家访对象;做好家访的充分准备;明确家访目的;提高辅导员的自身素质;在地域上通盘考虑;选择合适的家访方式;及时总结家访情况等。加大支持辅导员家访工作的力度,要加大辅导员招聘力度;要加大条件保障力度;要加强辅导员培训力度。取得学生和家长的理解支持,要取得学生支持;取得家长支持;调解学生与家长的关系。Home visit of college counselors is an important way and method of carrying out ideological and po- litical education for college students as well as a good tradition for China＇ s education works, which has unique ad- vantages and positive significance for college student to develop thinking and behavior. At present, due to the rapid expansion of China＇ s college students, qualities and moral accomplishments, 1 there are distinet differencs in their comprehensive abilities, psychological eading to a large number of psychological and behavioral problems in present college students. Therefore, it is urgent to earnestly grasp the ideological and political works of college students, and improve the ideological and moral standards of college students. Home visit of college counselors is an impor- tant way to solve the current ideological and behavioral problems of college students. This paper analyzes the cur- rent situation of home visit of college counselors ： Most colleges pay high attention to home visits of counselors, and take some effective measures. The Community and parents also offer vigorous supports. However, compared with the actual ideological state of college students, there are still many problems in home visit of college counselors ： Se- vere shortage in the number of counselors, inadequate supports of colleges, deficiencies in counselor quality, diffi- culties resulting from broad sources of college students, non - coordination between students and parents and other factors have restricted the home visit efficiency of college counselors. This paper puts forward strategies over the home visit of college counselors ： （ 1 ） Improve the methods of counselor home visit, select the key home visit objects; make full preparation of home visits; clarify the home visit purposes; enhance the counselor qualities; take into full consideration of geography ; select the appropriate home visit methods ; timely sum up the situation of home visits. （2） Intensify efforts to support the counselor home
