对师范生多媒体课件教学技能训练模式的探讨

摘　　要：多媒体课件教学技能点主要由课件的内容选择技能、课件的制作技能、课件的操作技能,以及课件的教学技能综合构成。根据多媒体课件教学技能点构成的特点,遵循教学技能形成的一般规律,经过研究认为,师范生多媒体课件教学技能的训练,应该针对师范生已有的学习基础和借鉴专家的教学经验,并采用微格和试讲的训练方法来完成,具体归纳为发现学习、课例研究、微格训练和试讲考核的四阶段训练模式。Multimedia courseware teaching skill points is mainly composed of courseware content selection skills,making courseware, courseware skilled operational skills, comprehensive skills and teaching form of courseware.Aceording to the characteristics of composition teaching skill points of multimedia courseware, the general rules of formation follows the teaching skills, through the research that, the multimedia courseware of normal school students＇ teaching skill training, should focus on the learning of normal school students have basis and reference experts teaching experience, and use the training methods of micro and trial to complete, which concludes specific found four stage training pattern learning, lesson study, microteaching training and teaching evaluation.
