摘　　要：通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等对天津市高校的公共体育网球课程进行研究,探索适合青少年身体、心理、社会适应的课程目标;构建以"健康第一"为教学理念、融合网球文化与体育文明、更加富有操作性、适合当前学生身心发展特点的课程实施标准;建立一套系统、科学、有针对性的公共体育网球课程的考核标准。Research through the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method and so on to study Tianjin university＇s public sports tennis lessons, explores the physical, psychological and social adaptation. Attach ＂health first＂ as the teaching idea, fusion of tennis culture and civilization,more rich practical teaching outline to the courses, making the courses suitable for the current student body and mind development characteristic of the course
