摘　　要：迈克尔·阿普尔（Michael W．Apple）是美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊校区课程与教学系、教育政策系的荣誉教授（John Bascom Professor），是美国当前进步主义教育和批判教育理论的领军人物和重要代表，曾任美国教育研究协会副主席，被美国教育研究协会授予“终身成就奖”，并被全世界许多大学授予荣誉博士称号。阿普尔教授著作等身，包括《意识形态与课程》《教育与权力》《教师与文本》《官方知识》《民主学校》《文化政治与教育》《权力、意义与认同》《国家与知识政治》《教育的“正确”方式：市场、标准、上帝和不平等》《受压迫者的声音：课程、权力与教育斗争》等。他的著作和论文在国际上赢得大量奖项并被翻译成中、日、西班牙、法、葡萄牙、希腊、土耳其：意大利、泰国、德、朝鲜、俄罗斯和其它国家的语言。《意识形态与课程》和《官方知识》入选20世纪最重要的著作。As a Professor of Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Policy Studies at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a former Vice Chairman of American Education Research Association, Michael Apple is a leading figure and significant representative of current progressive education and critical education theory. He has written extensively on the relationship between education and society. Many of his publications have great influences on educators like Ideology and Curriculum, Education and Power, etc., including his most recent book Can Education Change the Society？. In this book, he puts forward a serious issue requiring us to think seriously about education as a real existing tool and the role it plays in changing society. In the interview, Professor Michael Apple had a wide-ranging discussion with us on a series of topics in global perspective, involving current education policy reform, critical theory, national .curriculum, teaching, national test and teacher education, etc..
