摘　　要：应用管理学课程是高职财经管理类专业的一门专业基本技能课程。目前,各高职院校的应用管理学课程考评普遍存在着考评制度呆板、考评形式单一、考评内容片面和考评效果欠佳等问题,不利于学生综合职业能力的培养,达不到专业培养的目标。为此,应用管理学课程的考评必须要进行改革。第一要制定灵活完善的考评制度,第二是建立科学合理的考评原则,第三是设置完善的考核评介体系,这样才能达到培养高职学院管理类专业学生综合能力培养的目的。Applied Management Course is a basic skill training course for Economic Management Program in vocational colleges. Presently, most vocational colleges generally practice a kind of assessment with rigid system,monotonous forms, one-sided contents and inefficient results, which is unfavorable to the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive vocational ability, failing to achieve training objective. Accordingly. efforts need to be made to reform Applied Management Course assessment. Priority should be given, firstly to development of effective and flexible assessment system; secondly to establishment of a scientific and reasonable assessment principle; and lastly to setting of a perfect assessment system. Only in this way can we make it possible to achieve the objective for cultivating comprehensive ability of the students of Management Program in vocational colleges.
