摘　　要："爱国、敬业、诚信、友善"高度概括和凝练了社会主义核心价值观在公民个人微观层面的价值准则,是社会主义核心价值观的个体道德目标。个体道德目标的培育是一个发展人的道德认知、陶冶人的道德情感、培养人的道德行为的复杂过程,即运用道德倡议、道德指令和道德禁令的形式激励人的高尚行为,指导人的正确行为和约束人的不良行为,逐步培养个体在公共生活、职业生活和私人生活中的爱国责任与情怀、敬业精神与追求、诚信品质与操守、友善心态与气度。Patriotism,dedication,integrity and friendliness are the individual moral objectives of socialist core values and daily moral standards for Chinese people. Cultivating the individual moral objectives is a complicated process,which contains developing the moral cognition,molding the moral taste and fostering the moral behavior. To be more concrete,it refers to encouraging,guiding the positive actions and restricting the negative ones by moral proposes,instructions and restrictions. In this way,we could inspire the patriotism,dedication,integrity and kindness in individual＇s social life,professional career and private affairs.
