摘  要:采用定量研究和二手案例研究相结合的方法,以204名企业员工和55位学术大家为被试,探讨个体职业延迟满足倾向与工作绩效、职业成功之间的关系,以丰富职业生涯发展理论并指导职业实践。研究表明了"职业目标→职业延迟满足→职业生涯成功"的基本模式。其中,职业目标是职业延迟满足与职业成功的基础;职业延迟满足对个体的工作绩效、职业内外部竞争力以及职业满意度均有着显著的正向预测作用,是个体获得职业生涯成功的重要影响因素。Using the methods of quantitative study and case study, we deeply explored the relationship between employees' vocational delay of gratification and job performance and career success, aiming at enriching the theory of career development and guiding the profession practical. The data of quantitative study was collected from 204 employees in different enterprise and the data of case study from 55 famous and successful academic masters and scientists. The results showed that a basic model of career goal→vocational delay of gratification →career success. Among them, career goal was the foundation of vocational delay of gratification and career success; while, vocational delay of gratification can positively predict individuals' job performance, internal and external career competiveness, and job satisfaction, which was an important factor for career success.
