摘  要:为了激发学生学习的兴趣,树立学生学习的信心,根据高职院校学生基础弱、学时短的特点,模具设计与制造专业教师对学生实施了"因材施教"教学辅导。经过一年的学习,学生学习兴趣、学习效率和工作效率提高、自信心和成就感增加,自我认同感提升。教师在辅导过程中增进了和学生的友谊,在其中吸收学生比较好的观点和想法、为以后的教学科研积累了不少的经验。In order to stimulate students' learning interest and establish the confidence ofstudents in higher vocational colleges according to the weak foundation of students and shorttime to study, mold design and manufacturing professional teachers instruct the students inaccordance with their aptitude. After a year of study, students' interest、efficiency in learning andwork efficiency have been improved, self-confidence and sense of achievement and selfpromotion have been enhanced. The friendship between teachers and students has beenenhanced during the counseling process after which good opinions and ideas were absorbed. Theteachers accumulated a lot of experience for teaching and scientific research.
