摘　　要：本文结合学院专业实验室的建设与发展,通过分析应用型创新人才培养中专业实验室发挥重要作用的途径以及影响发挥作用的因素,提出了相应的解决途径,有利于学科专业实验室建设与管理,有利于新模式实验教学以及高校工科专业应用型创新人才的培养。Based on the construction and development of specialized laboratories in my institute, and by analyzing the approaches and some influence factors that the specialized laboratories perform important functions in training the persons with abilities of application and innovation, the corresponding resolving approaches are put forward. These approaches are beneficial to the construction and management of the specialized laboratories, to the experiment teaching under the new modes and to the training of specialized persons with the abilities of application and innovation in colleges.
