摘　　要：伦理秩序直接影响社会和谐。构建合理的伦理秩序无疑是国家和民族伟大复兴的内在诉求。化解社会转型中的各种伦理无序和道德悖论,一方面要正视当代社会经济、政治、文化等发展状况,另一方面,要以社会主义核心价值观为理论支撑,给伦理秩序以合理的制度与规则安排;通过道德调整和道德教育的途径,维系伦理秩序,提升伦理秩序水平,最终走向社会和谐。Ethical order has a direct influence on social harmony. Building a rational ethical order is no doubt the internal need of national and ethnic rejuvenation. Resolving all kinds of disorder ethics and moral paradoxes in social transformation, on one hand facing economic, political and cultural development situations in contemporary society; on the other hand taking socialist core values as theoretical support and making rational regulations and rules, thus leading to a harmonious society by moral adjustment and moral education which will maintain ethic relationship and promote ethical order standard.
