摘　　要：高等职业教育在以提供质量为核心的发展阶段越来越注重质量文化的建设,而传统文化思想对质量文化的影响是深远的。本文在解读高等职业教育质量文化概念和特性的基础之上,辩证地分析了传统文化思想对质量文化产生的积极和消极的影响,并为如何汲取精华摈弃阻碍因素,使传统文化思想积极作用的发挥实现最大化提出了相应的建议与对策。Developing a culture of quality is now considered as the core task for China＇s higher vocational education. Even though the whole process may largely depend upon different approaches to ensure quality,such as evaluation and audits,ideally,educational quality has its root in an active quality culture,which is always deeply influenced by key elements of traditional culture. On the basis of analyzing the concepts and the features of China＇s higher vocational education,this article dialectically analyzes the positive and negative influence of Chinese traditional cultural thoughts on the construction of quality culture for higher vocational education,and proposes constructive suggestions on how to maximize the positive role of traditional cultural ideas.
