摘　　要：工作分析是人力资源管理的核心理论,在人力资源管理的各项活动中扮演着重要角色,近年来,在职业教育课程理论研究方面受到重视。工作分析是课程开发的主要技术,为职业教育培养目标定位、课程设置安排、课程内容选择和教学组织实施提供重要参考,是职业教育中亟待关注的研究领域。教育行政部门、分析专家、企业专家和学校教师是工作分析的主体,理应各司其职,确保工作分析在课程开发中的科学性。As the core theory,job analysis plays an important role in human resources management. In recent years,it has been more and more popular in curriculum theory research of vocational education. As the main technique in the curriculum development, job analysis provides significant reference for training target orientation,curriculum arrangement,the choice of course content and the implementation of the teaching organization. Administrative departments of education,assayers,enterprise experts and teachers as the main body of job analysis, should be responsible to ensure the scientific curriculum development.
